European Visiting Research Fellowships 2001

European Visiting Fellowships in the Humanities were awarded to the following:

For visits from Scotland to Continental Europe

Dr Iannia A Mourmouras, School of Management, Heriot-Watt University, will visit the UN Economic Commission for Europe, Geneva

Dr Steve Murdoch, Research Institute of Irish & Scottish Studies, University of Aberdeen, will visit the State Archive, Stockholm and the Regional Archive & University, Gothenburg

Dr Charles Woolfson, European Centre for Occupational Health, Safety & the Environment, University of Glasgow, will visit Kaunas Medical Academy, Lithuania


For visits from Continental Europe to Scotland

Professor Tatiana Artemieva, Russian Academy of Sciences, St Petersburg will visit the School of European Languages & Cultures, University of Edinburgh

Dr Sabine Döring, Institute for Philosophy, University of Essen, Germany will visit the Department of Moral Philosophy, University of St Andrews

Dr Marco Fazzini, Department of Modern Languages & Literatures, University of Macerata, Italy will visit the Department of English, University of Edinburgh

Miss Joanna Tomicka, Department of European Prints, The National Museum in Warsaw, Poland will visit the Department of Prints & Drawings, Hunterian Art Gallery, University of Glasgow
